EU Digital Services Act Information

Version 1.0 • Effective Oct. 26, 2026

This page sets out how Pornvanta meets its duties under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), to the extent they apply to us.

Points of contact

Notice and action (Art. 16)

Anyone can notify us of content they consider illegal using the Safety Request form ("Illegal content notice") or the Report button. A notice should contain: an explanation of why the content is illegal; the exact URL; your name and email (not needed for notices about child sexual abuse material); and a statement that you believe the information is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, assess the notice diligently and objectively, and tell you our decision.

Statement of reasons (Art. 17)

If we remove, restrict or suspend content or an account, we tell the affected user the decision, the facts relied on, whether the decision was made on illegality or on our Terms, whether automated means were used, and how to appeal.

Appeals and out-of-court settlement (Arts. 20, 21)

You can appeal a decision within six months using Safety Request > "Appeal a moderation decision". A person at our team who was not involved reviews it. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body listed by your Digital Services Coordinator.

Protection of minors (Art. 28)

We use age assurance, restrict access, and do not target advertising at known minors or based on special categories of data.

Advertising (Art. 26)

Ads are labelled "Advertisement". If you consent to advertising cookies, ads may be personalised; we never use sensitive data for ad profiling.

Reports

We publish transparency reports on our moderation activity where required.

Misuse

We may suspend users who frequently submit manifestly unfounded notices after a prior warning.
