These Terms govern your use of Pornvanta at https://www.pornvanta.com, operated by James Smith (individual operator) of 1168A Concord Rd, Atlanta, GA 30080, USA ("we", "us"). Contact us at pornvanta@gmail.com. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and any applicable Privacy, Cookie, Community Guidelines, and Copyright/Takedown policies published on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You agree that we may send account and service notices electronically.

1. Age, location and access

The site contains adult material. You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live, if higher, and be legally permitted to access this material. We may require an age check by us or a verification provider. If you do not pass a required check, you may not access age-restricted features. Do not help a minor access the site or use an account on their behalf.

2. Accounts and permitted use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Use the site only for lawful personal purposes and follow these Terms. Do not bypass age checks or security controls, interfere with the service, scrape or harvest data, distribute malware, manipulate views or likes, impersonate anyone, harass others, or misuse another person's information.

3. Content you provide

You remain responsible for videos, images, comments, profile details and other material you submit. By uploading or posting, you represent that the material is lawful, accurate where relevant, does not infringe another person's rights, and complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

For every person shown in sexual content, you must have documented proof that they were an adult when it was created, their informed and voluntary consent to its creation and publication, and all rights and releases needed to share it. Keep and provide age, identity, consent and rights records when lawfully requested, including records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A where they apply. We may require creator or performer verification before publication. You must not submit material involving anyone under 18, anyone who appears under 18, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera recording, or sexual activity without valid consent.

4. License for content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce as needed to operate the service, display, distribute and technically adapt that content on Pornvanta. This license lasts while the content is available on the service. You may request removal through our Safety and Requests form; copies may remain in backups or records where needed for security, disputes, legal compliance or record-keeping. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Content and conduct we prohibit

Do not submit, request, link to, or promote illegal content or conduct, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, trafficking, sexual violence, realistic sexual deepfakes of real people, or material that infringes copyright or privacy. Do not post threats, hate, scams, deceptive promotions, personal data without authority, or content that violates another person's rights. We may remove material that violates these rules or creates legal, safety or service risks.

6. Moderation, reports and appeals

You can report content or submit a removal, privacy, copyright or safety request through our Safety and Requests form. We may review reports, restrict or remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been breached. Where required, we will give affected users a reason for a moderation decision and information about available review or appeal options. Users may submit an appeal through the Safety and Requests form. Any statutory complaint or out-of-court dispute rights remain available where they apply.

7. Copyright and other rights

Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and publicity rights. Copyright owners may submit a takedown notice through our Safety and Requests form and follow the instructions in our Copyright and Takedown Policy. We may remove material in response to a valid notice or other lawful request and may restrict repeat infringers where appropriate.

8. Third-party services and advertising

Some videos are embedded from third-party providers, and the site may link to external websites or show advertisements. Those services and sites are controlled by their own operators and terms. We do not control their content or practices. You may report embedded content to us. Ads are identified as advertising; optional advertising or analytics technologies are governed by your cookie choices and our Cookie Policy.

9. Privacy and records

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use, retain and protect it. Our Cookie Policy explains your choices and how to change them. We retain account, safety, age-check outcome and content records according to those policies and applicable legal obligations.

10. Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security, legal or safety reasons. We will give notice where required. You may stop using the site and close your account using available account tools. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or where needed to protect users, the service or our legal obligations. Provisions about content licenses, records, responsibility, liability and disputes continue as needed after termination.

11. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the service available and safe, but provide it on an "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude warranties that cannot otherwise be excluded and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

12. Your responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, you are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, your breach of these Terms, or content you submitted that infringes another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by our own unlawful conduct or where the law prevents the responsibility from being shifted to you.

13. Governing law and other terms

These Terms are governed by All matters, claims, or controversies relating to this Website, including all paid subscription services, explicit content access, and user-generated postings, shall be governed solely by the federal, subject to mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights that apply where you live. Nothing here prevents you from using a court or complaint process that the law makes available to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the agreement for your use of Pornvanta.

14. Changes and language

We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date shown above. We will provide notice of significant changes where required. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of acceptance. If we provide a translation, the English version governs only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
