UK Online Safety Information
Version 1.0 • Effective Oct. 26, 2026
This page summarises how Pornvanta approaches duties under the UK Online Safety Act 2023, as applied to our service. UK representative: DataRep (Legal Name: BPM Legal UK Limited). Contact: pornvanta@gmail.com.
Preventing children from seeing pornography
Our service publishes pornographic content. We use age assurance that is intended to be highly effective at correctly determining whether a visitor is an adult before they can see it, and we do not rely on self-declaration alone. If you do not pass the check you cannot enter. We keep only the result, not your ID or face data, and delete it after a short period.
Illegal content
We carry out and keep up to date an illegal content risk assessment, use proportionate measures to find and remove illegal content (including child sexual exploitation and abuse, intimate image abuse and extreme pornography), and report to the National Crime Agency and the Internet Watch Foundation where required.
Reporting and complaints
You can report content using the Report button or the Safety Request form, and complain about our decisions or how we handle reports. We respond promptly and tell you the outcome. If you remain unhappy, you can contact Ofcom (ofcom.org.uk).
Terms and records
Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines explain how we deal with illegal content and how users are protected. We keep the records of our assessments and measures required by Ofcom.
Data protection
Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and follows UK GDPR and PECR.
