Copyright and Takedown Policy

Version 1.0 • Effective Oct. 26, 2026

We respect intellectual property and respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512), EU rules implementing the DSA and Copyright Directive, and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act.

Sending a notice

Use the Safety Request form (choose "Copyright takedown notice") or write to our designated agent:

1189A Innovation Way, Suite 400, US, FL 32801

Include: your signature (typed is fine); the work you own or represent; the exact web address of the material; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act. Knowingly false notices can lead to liability.

What we do

We act expeditiously on valid notices, remove or disable access, and tell the uploader. Where an uploader sends a counter-notice we pass it to you.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, use "Copyright counter-notice" with: your signature; the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, of the courts where James Smith (individual operator) is located) and to accept service from the complainant. We restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have started court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Other illegal content

Notices about non-copyright illegal content follow the EU/UK process on those safety pages.
